Great Hotel in Rome

We loved the position of the hotel - close to all attractions and with easy walking distance. The place had a lovely charm and a most delightful lift!!! The staff were very friendly and the room was great. Good bathroom facilities and lovely hot shower. Also it was easy to get to by bus from Terminii Station with good signage around Piazza Cavour at the end of a long day travelling.

Roma Pass Be sure you book a Roma pass because it helps you bypass the line-ups and gives you free transportation for 3 days. It costs 20 euros and gets you into the important attractions or discounts at these attractions. It's worth the price and you should try to buy it early. We bought ours at the Colloseum so we still ended up waiting in line there.
Eating at the Piazza's Although the best restaurants are not in the main squares, it is just fantastic to eat in one and watch the world go by. It is utterly relaxing and one night we listened to a male sing Nessun Dorma, it was absolutely magical! The icecream is out of this world too!!!
