I had money and credit cards stolen from the safety in the room of Ambasciatori palace hotel August 1st, 2004. I made a claim for damages against front desk person and I submitted the theft report that was made by the Roma police. The front desk persons told that an accident insurance company will compensate the damages within one month. Any insurance company made contact with me , I wonder Ambasciatori palace hotel instructed the insurance company to compensate the damages. Please let me know what the hotel doing to cope with my troubles in the hotel.
