Room on the first night was very small, with folding door to ensuite.
For 30 Euro extra we moved to a larger room with 'complimentary' airconditioning.
We didn't bother about the breakfast after the first try - better to get a proper cup of coffee at one of the nearby cafes.
Location is convenient to station.

Hanging out with the locals Every little neighbourhood piazza in rome comes alive in the summer evenings and is a great place to people watch or even interact. But your drinks/food in the local cornershop and sit at the fountain or piazza centrepiece for a great night's fun. Italians are very entertaining by nature!

Open topped Bus Very Useful on your first visit. Takes you round most of the main attractions with audio commentary. Helps you get the feel of the city
