The staff was extremely unhelpful, there was no hot water,no cups, no phone, no TV, the room was dirty, the key had to be left in the lock or you were locked in your room, and the cold water from the shower collected on the tile bathroom floor and no mat or towel was provided for slipping. It was very dangerous, I slipped on the floor and left Rome with a huge bruised foot and limping. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
