We were very disappointed!

We stayed in this "hotel" on October and are very disappointed that we reserved it. At first nobody picked us in airport, though we were ordered it, at second, nobody informed us that building is under contruction, so entrance was terrible, also we could't normally open window in room, so we lived like in a box. TV in our room was broken,it had no sound and reception promised to fix this problem, but during 3days we lived they didn't solve this problem and when last evening we asked old man in reception why problem still exist, he said "It's not my problem"!!? Can You believe in such answer from hotel worker?? Also this dump is realy on 3 fluor and there is no lift. So if You don't want to make Your holliday terrible,never reserve this hotel.P.s. last day before leaving I write letter to manager or owner of hotel and asked reception to give written answer to it till we check out and how do you think got we it? Of course,NO.
