Avoid 'standard' rooms at all costs

We paid over £2200 to Inghams for a 4* holiday and ended upo in a zero star back packers hostel. Pictures available on request. The rest of the hotel was 4* including the superior rooms no doubt. These standard rooms should never have been let out to ANYONE staying in what they expected to be a 4* hotel. The 'standard' rooms should be rated as basic/economy and the 'superior' rooms should be standard. They refused to move us and ruined the second half of an expensive holiday - Avoid Villa Nicolli and Inghams at all costs.
