The hotel is always clean and tidy and the staff speak reasonably good English, always friendly and helpful. Good Italian food served at lunch time and for evening meals. Short walking distance to the shops and beach. Railway and Nightclub close by but is not a problem. Value for Money in May and June when it's quieter. Looking forward to our 14th visit to the same hotel!!! |

| Very clean, friendly staff. |

The rooms were clean as was the hotel.The food was good most of the time, they even made chips for an awkward teenager. The pool area although compacked was quiet as the Italians went to the beach, which is busy.The hotel is near a night club which does not close untill 6am, very noisy, you have air-conditioning in the room so sleep with the door closed. Most of the staff were friendly, little English is spoken which makes you feel you really are abroard. The area around the hotel is built up, the shops are very busy on a night. The buses are usually packed. If you like a bustling holiday you will enjoy this.Take plenty of money Italy is expensive. |

I stayed at the Hotel Susy in August 2007 and I thought it was a lovely hotel and the staff, rooms and food were all very nice if I go to Italy again then I would stay there. |

| Poor everything! |

The staff at Hotel Susy were the most un-cooperative peopleI have ever met in a hotel. The food was the worst experience - unappetising and always cold - that was when you could get near the buffet table for hordes of pushing and shoving rude Italians. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone and would certainly not return to Rimini - Blackpool in a heatwave!!! |

Met some great people there unlike the staff at Susy !!! And the housekeeping are so loud! Nice food and location. |
