Underestimated publicity, poor service and staff
Firstly, I have to mention the fact that whenever I go for a holiday my view is always positive in whatever situation....though this time even my nerves haven't held the treatment I have recieved in this hotel upon my arrival with my mother.
Upon looking into the choice of hotels, I have decided to choose Kyriad Vienna for the positive publicity and numerous factors that included its being in the rang of 4 star hotel and obtanining a location on the '1st beach line'....all of which proved totally false! The service in hotel at best could rival only the 3-star hotels with some staff that are outright rude in the manner of addressing their own clients.
The biggest surprise came with the room (at this point I did not know whether to cry or to laugh when I entered the room). We were located on the 3rd floor right under the roof with NO WINDOW at all....and a ceiling so low that even with my height of 1m64 I could not stand straight in my own room!!
