We stayed in this hotel on our trip to Europe and would not recommend it except to the adventurous. The hotel was, as we expected, in the industrial area, which wasn't a problem for us - we may be an older couple but we are not picky about accommodations. The reason I give it such a low rating is that the air conditioning did not work in our room - #308. This again would not have been a problem, except that it was over 90 degrees outside and even the hall was cooler than our room. We complained about it not once, not twice, but three times with no correction. They did send one man to the room - he pried off the knob, put another one on, and left. It didn't help. When we checked out the next morning, I lodged a complaint with the clerk and got an insincere "sorry". My parting words were "sorry doesn't give us a good night's sleep!" I would not recommend this hotel as the service is very poor.
