Top Local Tips for Rapallo

Nettuno was a disappointment Ate at Nettuno on the promenade in Rapallo, and we were extremely disappointed with the food. My husband had to send his dish back since it tasted like salt water. Would not eat here again unless maybe ordering pizza.

What's not to like... Rapallo is easily accessible to Cinque Terre, Portifino, San Frutuosso, Sante Margarite. Trains or boats can get you where you want to go and the Hotel Astoria is right in the heart of both. There are also some very good restaurants right on the water for a lovely meal at sunset. A truly lovely town.

no need for a taxi the hotel is walking distance from the train station...don't be suckered in to taking a taxi...they are overpriced for the short distance.
