We booked at one property and they claimed overbooking and put us at the higher priced property but did not honor the rate we were quoted online. They have good food but will try to over charge for everything! Their credit card machine does not process any cards. They must be flagged for fraud or something, none of our cards worked. Its a beautiful place but I cannot recommend anyone go there.

This lttle hotel on the side of the road out of Radda was one of the best finds we had in Italy. The rooms were very clean with crisp white linen and have fabulous views over the rolling contry. They are very much in keeping with the atmosphere of the old Villa. The restaurant and wine cellar are in the basement which has great arched supports to the building and a country kitchen producing some of the best regional style food we tasted in Italy. This is one out of the box and will provide memories that always engeder warm fuzzies for years later.
