Top Local Tips for Pisa

Field of Miracles If you want to pay, about 15 Euros, to go up the Tower, fine, but don't miss the Museum nearby. It is full of wonderful sculptures and paintings, old religious vestments, Etruscan objects, you name it. You can buy a ticket to see just the museum, or a combination ticket that includes other miracles such as the Duomo or the Baptistry, at a discount.

Bars It was great going to the bars by the river where the locals hung out too. good fun.

Pisa Centre Pisa is more than Duomo and Campanilla, go into the small center around ther Arno for a drink or some shopping! I love also the airport at Pisa, easy to reach and good connection with the centre of Toscane because of the secundary expressway to Florence
