The personal touch!

This was a really good place to stay with our teenage son and daughter. The family suite cost just 97 euros a night. Obviously no frills at that price but clean and bright. Breakfast was available for 2 euros. It is a privately owned hotel and this really proved useful during our stay: We were on a cycling holiday, I had an accident on my bike as we arrived in Padua. We checked into the hotel and I asked the lady at reception if she could give me the name of a dentist because I had damaged my teeth. Later that evening I got a call to go down to reception; it turned out that the evening recptionist normally worked as a dental nurse and arranged an appointment with a superb dentist the next morning. The nearby pharmacy was closed and I needed a dressing for my hand, the receptionist called a member of her family who worked in another pharmacy, and 10 minutes later she arrived with everything I needed to dress my wounds! How's that for service - at no extra charge!
