Don't Trust this Hotel

This hotel has very poor accommodations with poor service. We needed to cancel our reservation for one night. They agreed but has refused to honor our cancellation request. I would not recommend this hotel, also, because of its cleanliness and location.

Worst Hotel Ever

We had to move rooms 3 times in 5 days - hotel filthy, dangerous - bare electric wires, walls filthy, fridges stained and filthy, faulty electrics, broken beds, bed bugs which were very visable in the mornings and which we brought home with us. No restaurant, bar or roof garden. Breakfast was a pre wrapped over dry croissant and the worst 'coffee' we had ever tasted. Don't ever go there please. Also not a nice location, but being a frequent visitor to the city I knew and expected that part.
