We got this hotel very cheap from internet booking.
Food was dreadful, rooms quite tatty but clean.
Pool very small and busy with families.
Staff couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful and this made up for everything else.

Our educational travel excursion spent three nights here at the Cristallino. The hotel was elegant and charming. The staff was helpful and personable. The rooms were extremely clean and the restaurant served fine food and excellent wine. The grounds were well- kept and the location was great- close to the mineral baths, restaurants, and shopping district. I hope to visit again.
