I made my reservation through my Travel Agency, in Portugal, to stay at the UNA Hotel Cusani, since the 2004.11.05 till the 2004.11.08. I asked and paid a double room, for me and my wife. At the check-in we have been sent to room 415 and, when reached the room, we noticed that it was a rather small room, with a not very wide couple bed, facing to the rear, to other buldings rear. The room was prepared for a single ocupation, with towels, slipers and bath articles for only one person. When I called the reception, they only putted there an extra set of towels. There was no trouser press in the room, as announced on this site. In spite of these non conformities (my opinion), taking in account the price and rate of the hotel, people has been very polite and serviceable.
