We took superior room, dirty hair found in bathtub, a piece of bath shower (metal) is falling down and hanging around. Impossible to use the kettle,since its plug does not fit any socket in the room. staff explained (impatiently) because bad clients had taken all their adapters away. and suggested buying the hot water from the bar... all of this has ruin the picture of this hotel despite attentive receptionists and smiley restaurant servants.
