This hotel was completely missold to us. We were miles from Milan centre and a dreadful bus service was provided which did not allow for easy coming to and from the hotel. There is no lake as described, rooms were small, bugs in room and despite pay £400 for 4 nights we came home early. They do not accept credit cards, food was average and little choice for food menu. A most disappointing visit.

Our stay was great, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very nice. The hotel was easy to find and convenient to shops and restraints. I wish I spoke Italian so I could have asked more questions because it is a beautiful area and I am sure there is history that I didn't learn.
