Trendy looking bar just around the corner from the hotel >>>> We stopped off at a rather nice modern looking bar and made the mistake of not checking the price of the drinks. We were instructed to sit at a table after advising that we simply wanted a drink and that we were not eating. Two waiters proceeded to bring out one snack after another. It was ridiculous. By the time we had got them all it looked like a full scale buffet. It really did!!! You could have treated it as a meal. There were crisps, prawns, dips, nuts, celery and carrot sticks, to name but a few. We mentioned that we did not order this. Embarrassing I know but we really could not believe how much stuff they bought out. We were told that it was free. Yeah right! Just wait until you get your bill for the drinks. Absolutely extornionate!!!
