Basic necessity but nothing more

This hotel looks like it is 50 years old and although it has everything it claims to have the quality is very poor. I did not have the chance to test the food so I will not rate it. The reception is average and the luxury is moderate. The room was a real disappointment. The furniture is old and worn down. Although clean the room give an old and neglected feeling. The view average. What bothered me the most was the noise at night. The (old) elevator makes a lot of noise and the was are thin enough to hear the conversations of all you neighbors. This was probably a great hotel 30 years ago.
