This hotel is well located near the central station of Milan. The surroundings are pleasant to look at and nice to walk around in. The staff is helpful and nice.

Comfortable And Well Located

I have been at the hotel for only two nights, as a part of my Italian tour in October, 2003. The hotel was very comfortable and located few blocks from the city center and other attractions. We were in a group of three couples, and the others rooms were not as large as mine. The service, including reservation, was very good.

Overpriced, Aggressively Unfriendly Hotel.

Ridiculously overpriced (350 per night) Unfriendly, unhelpful, aggressive, sarcastic staff. Small, dingy, poorly equipped, badly lit rooms. No room heating after 11pm. No extra blankets either. Continual and noisy exterior building work. Tiny lift always blocked. Plus side: Good buffet breakfast. However, they throw you out 30 seconds after 10 AM. Do not go to this hotel.
