I chose this hotel as I have stayed at another hotel just a few doorsteps away before...it's a great location and lots of restaurants, shops etc locally. However this hotel had very bad service, there was hardly any water in the evening and in the morning there was none for over 3 hours. The guys on the reception desk lied to us saying that it was only a problem with our particular room (we had several rooms booked as as a group of us and all rooms were the same without hot water). When we asked to speak to a manager we were told that the manager lived outside Milan and was not around, only to find out later that one of the guys on the desk was the manager ! To cut it short we ended up waiting nearly half a day to have a shower and the staff did not think that was a problem. In the end we got a dripping shower with little water pressure on a crisp cold late spring day!
