Terrible staff and service

We stayed at this hotel for one night in April and were not impressed. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, but the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Although breakfast was supposed to be included from 8 to 10 a.m., we arrived at about 8:30 and found most items were gone (no bread, orange juice, muffins, etc.). When we asked a staff member if there was more, the front desk manager came and rudely told us it was gone. This hotel would do if you're in a pinch, but my family and I won't be returning any time soon.
