Extremely convenient

Cannot speak highly enough for a hotel of this standing. Extremely convenient position for metro and shopping. Room larger than expected with all amenities, quality fittings, lavish complimentary breakfast an unexpected bonus! We would readily return on our next visit to Milan.

The hotel generally is very convenient; it has a good location and relatively good facilities.
The only point needs improvement I see about this hotel is the break fast; it is not as good as expected.
On the other hand, every thing is more than good (the rooms size is beg enough, the employees are very helpful and friendly).

Initially I was in a lower floor room. It stank; I think they were useing the same dissinfectant vets would use to swill out the kennels. Think the smell is in the carpets. Walls too thin and the guy next door spent all night watching **** with the volume turned up. Don't expect he managed to take in much of Milano next day! I requested and got a transfer to a top floor room where the floor is not carpeted; it was really good. Breakfast fine- you may have to queue to get to the coffee machine. Seems to be that some groups feel they cannot go out without having filled a thermos full of coffee from the hotel.... So a random sort of place - you could get a good room and enjoy your stay or end up asphyxiated in their very-tired-looking older rooms.

Ideally placed for inexpensive shopping

Easy access (although the road was being dug up while we were there) and town centre one mile walk away. Reception staff always very busy. Internet access in foyer. Small room with en-suite, all that was needed for a short stay, no tea making facilities though. Resturant was very cold at night (January) but breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Didn't find the sauna or gymn. Would stay there again when visiting Milan.

Very nice place - good continental breakfast and friendly staff - I recommend it and it is in a good location.
