This was the only place left in Madesimo. Reasonable rate and close to ski slope.
Entertainment staff were enthusiatic and tried hard.
Food was the worst I have ever eaten anywhere. There was no choice for a vegetarian who eats fish. Offered mushroom omelette one night and when I asked for it on the 2nd night they said I could have a plain omelette only. When it came to the themed local produce night....there were four of us in the group and not one person ate anything apart from the bread. The restaurant manager was very friendly and apologised profusely and gave us a drink on the house.
The accommodation is adequate and clean with lovely views.
One of our party tried to pay with American Express as there was a sign up showing they accepted it. The payment would not go through, so he rang Am Exp. in Rome and they said that the hotel did not accept it.
Other friends have been with children one week earlier than us and thouroughly enjoyed it and have booked again.
