Very nice hotel in quiet location

It's a bit of a trek to get there (about 40 minutes on a boat from the station, then a walk of 5 minutes or more), but it's a nice hotel when you arrive. Room comfortable if a bit small, but all clean, and breakfast was fine. Enough restaurants and shops nearby if you don't want to go into the centre of Venice all the time.

The hotel was quiet, handy to the local attractions, ferry, beaches, etc. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.
