Just returned from a two week holiday at the hotel Danubio in lido di jesolo.On arrival found hotel to be very oldfashioned and smelt musty. Obviously hasn't been updated or renovated since the 60's. Staff were most unfriendly and not at all warm and hospitable as advertised and were often irritated by the sound of small children in reception and dining area. Rooms full of ants and hotel did nothing to rectify the problem so we returned covered in ant and moskito bites. food ofter overcooked and very little variety. same breakfast and salad selection each day for two wks. would not reccomend this hotel and not return.
