Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect lake view.
Bath"rooms" are a bit small. No TV in the rooms, but I see this as an advantage.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great view, nice beach, nice garden, private parking place for free, typical Italian breakfast.
