I have just returned from the worst stay in a hotel room ever! I had a very simple gold pair of earings stolen right from my room while I was out sightseeing in a beautiful city. Whilst the earings are not very expensive to replace they were given to me by a very dear friend who has now passed away so their sentimental value is priceless! I made staff (5 in total including the manager) aware that the earings were missing (STOLEN!!) and was told that there was nothing they could do as I must be mistaken and that it was "impossible". They accused me of lying and said that the cleaner in question had been employed for a long time and was "trustworthy". This hotel has caused me immense stress and upset me beyond words. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
