Top Local Tips for Gargnano

Local Bus Service We arrived at Bescia Airport via Ryanair. Just outside the small airport there was a shuttle bus waiting to take us to Brescia town, about a half hour ride. From the shuttle stop we walked to nearby SIA bus terminal (the local bus service) which took us all the way to Gargnano, about one and a half hours ride. The hotel is only about 50 yards from Gargnano bus terminal. Ryanair tells you their transfer tickets are cheaper, but we found that return tickets (valid for a month) bought from the airport office were far cheaper. It is also more economical to buy return tickets for the SIA buses.
