Top Local Tips for Garda

Day Trips, Good Restaurants, Buses and Boats Make sure you visit Sirmione by boat from Garda. I would recommend day trips to Verona and Venice. One of the best Pizza restaurants is in Bardolino on the main square, and Lazise also has lovely restuarants. You can easily get to both by bus from Garda Bus Station (the bus service is excellent), or if you are up for it a long walk there and get the boat back. The best restaurant in Garda was the Seafood one right next to the Hotel Garda.
