This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The people running it are bad mannered, unfriendly, intimidating and unhelpful. Myself nor my family have never experienced such a terrible place. We stayed a week the beds were never changed, when we arrived we were left struggle up the stairs with all our bags despite the fact the person at the desk was doing nothing. One morning they even started shouting a guests for taking too many cereal bowls. There is no air conditioning and the rooms are really uncomfortable, but we were willing to overlook this if the staff had been pleasant.

This was a small family run hotel, that gave us a real taste of Italy, nothing fancy but probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, food was fantastic and the family wonderful. Only one thing the daughter is a bit grumpy, but nothing that would spoil the experience.
