| Sweet hotel with fab staff |
This hotel is very well situated a few mins walk from the promenade area in garden with a super pool and terrace area. The rooms are clean and spacious I was in 316! With small balconies too. The breakfast is buffet style but good choice and the evening meals are very nice. A good clean friendly hotel that is well worth a visit and great value. |

| Excellent Holiday |
Having just spent 7 nights at the Imperial Hotel - We have to say that everything about the hotel was excellent. The rooms were well furnished and spotlessly clean, the food and waiting staff were excellent and the Gala Night was a superb evening of food and entertainment. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. |

| Spotlessly clean and friendly staff |
We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and the staff friendly. The room was basic but tastefully done and a good size - the bathroom in particular was very spacious. I would have given this hotel a higher mark if the food had been better. |

| Suitability for wheelchair users. |
The staff were excellent but the proprietors were aloof and unfriendly towards the British guests. This hotel is definitely NOT suitable for anyone with a disability. Wheelchair access to the lift is impossible unless foot-rests are removed. No ramp into the dining room. No bedrooms on ground floor and the doors are not wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair without difficulty - no means of holding the door ajar provided. Food mundane. Although the weather was hot end of Sept /early Oct we were advised that the Air conditioning was not available. It was extremely noisy from the road so it was not appropriate to have the balcony doors open at night. |
