I was booked into this hotel while on an Italian business trip. I will definitely return when I can with my children. For a hotel right on the beach, the price is fantastic. The hotel may be basic, but the rooms are kept beautifully clean. And you get the classic tiny Italian balcony overlooking the street below. The food is simple but good. Gabicce Mare is bliss. Like taking a trip back to the 1960s/70s. It's lively but there is a really innocent quality about it. Take a couple of days R&R and check it out for yourself.
