The pictures and website display Hotel Mearini as a hotel, unfortunately this hotel was more like a large apartment with rooms to rent out. It felt more like a home stay than actually staying in a hotel. The prices were cheap, 23.50 euros a night for a 2 person room with the shower but the service was poor. When it came time to checkout, the lady did not even have change to break our bills. The power in our room went out once and the "staff" were nowhere insight to help. The website also mentioned that for 5 euros extra breakfast would be included and brought to the room, when we inquired about breakfast, we were told that there was none. The "tourist desk" was just a table with different pamphlets of different travel spots, not a desk where tours could be scheduled. All-in-all the hotel was not what I expected, a looking at the website and other descriptions I felt very deceived by the actual hotel. I would look other places before deciding on this hotel as your final stay.
