Very friendly staff with warm welcome

We went with Newmarket on a 5 day tour using the Hotel Terminus as our base. We chose to have HB as we knew we would be back late most evenings with the day tours booked and we did not want to have to walk out into town and to find a restaurant which may be already full and a waiting list. We were very impressed with all the meals that we had and on the occasions we were really late back the staff were still on duty, very friendly,the food was good and we were not rushed even given the late time.
The rooms were very clean with TV (no Sky), very quiet, with a telephone with alarm call. We can highly recommend given that this hotel is a 3 star.

This is a friendly family run hotel,close to shops,bus station & spa's. The rooms are clean & comfortable, bathroom very clean with fresh towels daily. The evening meal is from a set menu,the food is excellent, 4 courses which is different each day. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and make you most welcome. We would definitely stay again.

Room in dire need of redecoration, no tea making facils, non existant menu choice, evening meal at set time only, watered down orange juice and cardboard bread for breakfast, no atmosphere in bar, in short not a place to revisit!

This hotel was much better than expected and as described on others forums. I would rate it at the top end of the 3 star hotel range. Rooms and bathroomns in general are in excellent condition with new bidet, toilet and shower facilities. 3rd floor views are particularly good. There is a very comfortable communial lounge and the bright and airy dinning room is of a good standard. Coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms would be a bonus but it's not a problem to get these very cheaply from the bar at most times. Tucked about 100 meters away from the main road it provides an air of seclusion from the bustle of Fiuggi town centre. The staff are always pleasant and attentive in this lovely, very clean family owned hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Top Local Tips for Fiuggi

Rome on 9 euros buy a bus ticket to Rome it costs 9 euros it takes 1 hour and includes all public transport in Rome for the day. It drops you near to all the sights it leaves Fiuggi at 10 am and the last bus back leaves Rome at 7.30pm

Quo Vadis walk down the road and turn left at mcGregors (yes it is called this), cross over and go down the road to restuarant on left hand side., excellent food
