I have been to Salogni and La Baita many times. Anyone in the area would be remiss to not experience the cooking of Gabriella and the hospitality her and her family, the Fittabiles provide. It is absolutely the best!!. You can get a meal here for 20 or 30 euros which would cost 200 euros in Milan or Rome, and the food will be 10 times better at La Baita as well. I cannot recommend a place more highly. Ciao
