We stayed here two nights with an EF tour group last week and took the tour bus into Florence. The hotel was clean and very quiet, good for sleeping. We did have to walk a ways from the street with our luggage because the bus could not park in front on the narrow street. Breakfast was served to the group in a large room with a glass chandelier. The church bells started to ring at 7:45 a.m. but we were already up by then.
