Top Local Tips for Cortona

Hiking to the Fort at the top of the hill. We decided to hike up to the top of the hill to see the Fort. Be prepared for a long hike uphill. This is not for people that are too out of shape. The temperature was a lot colder up there than at the hotel, probably because of the wind, but the views of Tuscany from inside the Fort were wonderful. I believe you can also take a Taxi to the Fort if walking is not an option, but there are a lot of stairs within the Fort.
