Terrible and rude
After a huge mix up with our reservation, and being told to find somewhere else to stay, Hotel Barchetta finally found our booking (after we got very angry!), and checked us in to the smallest, smelliest and dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. The staff were very unhelpful, rude, and often ignored any requests, especially in the restaurant. We were very disappointed for the amount of money we paid.
