I had the bad idea to spend 3 days with my family at this hotel in July. The staff in the restaurant was so rude and snobbish. I was glad we left this place. If you stay in Cervia look elsewhere.

According to the star rating you can expect a first class service at least at the restaurant, but only 75% of your orders will give you a result. Even if there are only a few guests in the restaurant orders get lost. It requires sometimes 3 tries or more to get the order done. The location is very nice, but if you come with kids, you should check for a other playground. We counted 3 child seats, so if more childs are here it depends on several factors that you can expect to have this seat all the time. The water pressure varies in such a way that the temperature may turn between 15 degress and 50 degress within seconds, so taking a shower with a little child is very adventurously. Summary: the stuff is gentle but forgetful :-(. and even someone with a long courage can turn crazy.
