Still excellent, though some big changes.Still owned by the same family, though previous boss and wife have gone for the relaxed life, and left it in the well capable hands of the rest of the Family,

They now have a master chef, sous chef, and chief cook, still maintaining local dishes, with a back up meat dish for those not so adventurous

The staff did an excellent, special evening where the chefs and cook made a good display of carved fruit shaped like parrots, animals and fancy intricate designs

The other main change is they now do differnt types of accomodation ie BB HB FB at very good prices
The family are very warm and inviting and try to accomodate your requests as best they can,

We do three holidays a year usually,though we do keep returning to the Ninfea, so must have that something

Region wise well this is Italy, so nice weather, nice people, nice beach, good food,and plenty to do if you so wish.From nightclubs beach music parties (held away along the coast so no noise pollution) boat trips, excursions either arranged or hop on the train for a DAY in Venice/trip to Rome (2days)

The staff,owner and all staff personel are totally dedicated to making this Hotel the best in the area.
As for area you could not be better situated.
One hundred yards from the beach, one hundred yards from the main shopping/entertainment centre
And on your veranda or bar relaxation area bang in the middle to watch life go by
Want to go further afield just pop on the little road train that passes every ten minutes or so
To the market, the castle on the hill or wherever
Price is excellent in most brochers
From Scotland the travel could not be better, three hours from UK airport to door, Three hours and ten minutes from UK airport to check in to beach. Fancy un caffe carreto con Sambuco por favore
The rooms are very good, cleanliness is next to Godliness, service is perfect and the best bit kept till last
The food is excellent, cooked to perfection by the owner himself, not forgetting that his wife is the one that keeps everything running to PERFECTION (and sister inlaw oops)
My only problem is, Now I have let you all know, I may miss-out if I do not book early enough for my next visit due to now fully booked
One year my wife had a serious problem and the owners went out of their way to help us both
a. Enjoy what we could of our time to our early flight home
b. Help us to sort out the problem we had, and even accomodated our children who were stranded elsewhere
Thanks to the owners,for excellent holidays! Belive me, you too will enjoy this hotel
