Terrible. One of the worst experiences in my life...

Seeing the hotel Alpino in Brunate back in 2001 was one of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel is dirty and old. The rooms were in a pityful state and the lights inside were broken. The bathroom inside the room was terrible. But the worst thing was the manager. I complaint about the room being dirty and with broken parts and he started to insult us and threating us to call the police (!!). I thought it was a nightmare. He was really rude and dangerous. I didn't want to stay in such a place so I took immediately my car and left the place without stopping until Liguria... It was terrible...
