Staff speaks fairly good English. Breakfast could start earlier at 6.30 am instead of 7 am especially for jetlag customers wanting an early breakfast. High speed internet is fast and efficient, should be included in all rooms.
4. Coffee House should be open up to 11 pm or so to cater to the hungry hotel guests wanting a good hot meal especially in cold weathers. Provides free transport to and fro fairgrounds which is excellent but receptionists should have informed all checking-in guests rather than having to make them find out a day later. Security of the hotel could be much better in terms of checking guests coming in and out of the hotel and those that goes up to the room levels. Food could include greater variety such as more hot breads, toast, fruits, the spread now is ok but could have been presented in a much better manner to look more appetising.
