I was part of a tour group booked into a large hotel at the top the hill above this B & B. The hotel had overbooked so four of us were sent here. The host was so nice and accommodating and his little hotel was immaculately clean. My room and bathroom were a bit small but it had a small terrace looking out at Lake Como. The bed was the best on the whole trip. Breakfast was typically continental with juice, cereals, breads, etc. Best croissants ever. There was a charming breakfast room and an even more charming patio where we could eat. Good security gate on the property. The only down side to our stay there was the noise in the middle of the night. My room was next to the reception desk and people coming in at all hours slammed the door. All the bare floors were ceramic tile so every footstep and every chair moved could be heard in the other rooms. I also noticed that reception was often empty and anyone could pick up the key to any room. Otherwise a very satisfactory place, especially if you have transportation; it's a bit of a hike from the town center.
