The room was small but neat; showers were hot and bathrooms relatively clean; the hotel is well situated at the top of the hill and has a beautiful view with a courtyard. Staff was VERY helpful - we had a big spider in our bathroom the first day there and the woman from the front desk came in and got rid of it for us immediately; they called taxis to bring us to the train station on time. A wonderful, quiet, restful place in a beautiful Italian mountaintop town. I definitely recommend it!
