My parents had a terrible time at this hotel only last week. Reception staff haughty and dismissive, Maitre D' downright unpleasant, buffet meals like feeding time at the zoo. |

| Great Holiday Once Again |

Certainly the best hotel in Bardolino. Location excellent, facilities excellent, service excellent, staff excellent, food excellent.
I suffer from Coeliac Disease, an intolerance to gluten found in wheat, oats, barley & rye. The staff do everything they can to ensure I enjoy my stay and I cannot thank them enough. My wife and I will certainly be returning next year for out 12th holiday there. |

| Excellent hotel |
|
We spent a delightful week last year at your hotel. The entertainment, service, staff and the room were excellent and we certainly intend to return this summer 2007. Everywhere was spotlessley clean including the pool and surrounding area. Highly recommended. |

| Dreadful service and unclean accommodation. |

The whole hotel was shabby, rooms were awful, fire alarms and bare wires hanging off all the corridor walls. Hotel room towels were supposed to be white however were a shade of grey. Rooms smelt of stale uncleanliness and were never thoroughly cleaned. Food atrocious, stale cakes and biscuits at breakfast, runny scrambled eggs, fatty raw bacon. Meal times were like rugby scrums and felt like a cheap holiday camp. No hot water for baths and showers every evening. Pictures in brochure must be at least 20 years old, would not recommend this hotel at all. Location brilliant hotel dreadful. |

Vegetarians are not catered for at this hotel. There was no vegetarian option for the main course, and soups based on meat stock. |
