This was our second stay in the Idania. This hotel although a 3 star is a little gem - good italian food - pristine clean and a very warm reception from all the staff. The reception staff are very helpful giving all the information and assistance you would need for an enjoyable holiday. Bardalino is one of the better & picturesque resorts on Lake Garda and this hotel compliments the area very well. Excursions can be made to verona and to other destinations around the lake via Bus and the bus stop is 150 yds from the hotel or you can catch one of the many ferries which leave from pritty little habour about 200mtrs from the hotel.Yes the road outside the hotel is busy and at times noisy but the advantages of the location certainly outweigh disadvantages.
I have travelled the world staying in 4&5star hotels but I would return to the Adania anytime and look forward to my next holiday here in 2010. You won't be disappointed by booking this hotel.

Ferry trips use the ferys to travel all over the lake, but check carefully for the return times

Lake Ferry and local bus service. The lake ferry service is scenic but the cost can add up, the ferry service is normally punctual. The local bus service is convenient and is good value, due to traffic conditions the services can run late.

Time table Always buy bus tickets prior to trip and do not take too muvh attention to time table, the buses can arrive 10 -15 minutes either way sometimes longer,we waited for 1 bus 35 minutes but that was during the lunch period !!
