We booked into the Windsor Savoia Hotel which has sweeping views of Saint Francis monastery and the surrounding plains. Our room is delightful with large louvre windows and a small veranda overlooking the magnifcent scenery.Simply furniture creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and it's only a short but hilly walk up to the main plaza.We ate at Pallotla restaurant which was fabulous!! Breakfast however was very ordinary.
