Very bad service reception

No parking places available. We had to walk 25 minutes for the nearest parking place (this was not possible in the centre of Allasio) after searching for 1 1/5 hours!!! The travel brochure tells that there are parking places available at the hotel but this is absolutely not true! The receptionist is not interested in customer satisfaction and is not willing to help when you have a problem to get all your luggage to your car. We think that due to this person a lot of people will not return to this hotel!
